When the Dream Comes Alive – What is the message?

I moved to Australia in July of 2010 as a result of a 30 year dream. The time was right and I was SO looking forward to something fresh, new and exciting!

What took me by surprise, however,  were the intense spiritual experiences I have had since landing in this country, which seemed to have somehow rearranged the core of who I am and how I perceive the world as well as my  part in it.

This is just one example:

11/11/2010………….

Living in a Dream

Living in a Dream

I ran up the hill and I left this world for a while to immerse myself in a prehistoric world where the dinosaurs roam…full of the sounds of unseen life of every imagining. It was absolutely eerie, with clouds of misty sparkling silver filling in the spaces between the grass, trees and the valleys of moist velvety green. Millions of tiny electric needles were prickling my bare legs as my feet became one with the earth underneath them. Grounded was the word that came to mind and yet I felt I could easily take flight. The lightest misting began lightly dancing on the skin of my bare arms and I delighted in the tickling sensation, not nearly as intense as the volts in my legs. It was time to connect with the energy of millions of others across the world who believe they can co-create a better world… together.

I closed my eyes and drank in the richness of the sounds all around me as I slowly twirled with my arms reaching out to them, as if I was listening through my fingertips. I envisioned the matrix of of the field of possibilities, connecting my truth with theirs. Totally immersed in moment, I was startled out of my trance by the sound of my husband’s “Tarzan” call from the deck of the rustic cabin where we temporarily made our home. I waved at him to come up and join me as I knew he would find it magical as well. I could not contain my emotion as I half laughed and half cried while attempting to sparingly explain what I was doing since I didn’t want to spoil the moment with mere words.

As I spoke, the rain began to fall again gently and I suddenly felt the urge to to feel it on my back, so I whipped off my slip of a nightdress and stretched slowly into the droplets so as to feel the full effect of the magical touch. My husband followed suit and we both grinned from ear to ear until we were soaked and a bit chilled. I promised to show him what started this whole profundity once we dried off and dressed.

Back in the house, I opened up my computer, pulling up a website that created a visual presentation explaining their concept to bring about new beginnings for the people and the earth … starting with one million people visualising, en masse, a new way of looking at life… starting at 11:11 pm EST on 11/11/ 2010.

Now I had seen and heard movements like this before and actually took part in several similar “intention experiments” before, with positive results, so naturally this one interested me. But there were a few graphics in this particular presentation that hit me in the gut. Literally I felt a punch in my middle and my breath was shallow and short. I felt tingling and fear and excitement as adrenaline rushed through my body after realising how three of the graphics were almost identical to dreams my son Keenan and I had just in the last several months.

The ceiling opened up

The whole in the roof

The first portrayed an old broken down cabin with the roof caving in. My first reaction to it was the familiar look of an old cabin. The old mini Queenslander we were living in had been flooded in a terrifying flash flood just 3 years ago, so it showed some signs of stress before we managed to get it in decent shape for living again. But then it occurred to me that my son described a meaningful dream he had about the roof caving in at his house, revealing a whole other house as he crawled through the ceiling… a newer house with lots to explore. Hmmm…. interesting right?

But then up comes a picture of an electrical swirling white vortex of energy against the background of blue sky. The idea was to portray the gathering of all the energy of the million people to “steer ” us in the “right” direction. But this graphic didn’t really hit home until I came upon the next. To be honest, the graphic I am going to describe next took my breath away and I actually rubbed my eyes to see if I was imagining. I could feel my heart beating really fast as I tried to get my mind back into place.

Vortex Steering Wheel

Vortex Steering Wheel

Here’s why… Several months before, I had an AMAZINGLY creative and beautiful dream. I remembered it vividly, which is unusual for me. I am truly amazed that my mind can come up with things that I’ve never seen or done before. If you’ve experienced the same…have you ever wondered about that? But in this dream I was invited to preview a brand new office building. The “building” was actually a structure without walls as we know them. The structure was made of white sparkly material in the form of mountain peaks. Running down the sides of the peaks were waterfalls with gorgeous blue pools of water gathered in the valleys of the peaks. Sticking out in random places attached to the mountain walls were flat white platforms with cabinets and desks coming up from the floors. There were no outside walls, only blue sky, white clouds and mountain peaks could be seen.

Dreaming of a New World

Dreaming of a New World

I remember feeling totally in awe that such a thing could exist. I was anxious to see more so I asked someone if I could take a look around and all of a sudden a sort of round “electrified” steering wheel appeared in front of me. Just as I took it in my hands, it whisked me through the sky and around the “building” as I just had to “think it” in the direction I wanted to go. I absolutely marvelled at what I was doing and seeing, having the best time…until I awoke. I was so excited that morning and told everyone I knew at what an amazing dream I had and I was just so happy all day. It was wild!

So when I saw in the 3rd graphic… a woman laying in bed dreaming of a scene in the background of white peaks and blue sky, I FREAKED! Right then I knew this was more than coincidence. I was guided to see what time it was since it may be exactly the time the world was in sync with 11:11 o’clock EST. When I saw the global clock on my screen, it showed that I was a minute late, so I quickly sat my computer down to run up to the land of dinosaurs…. that magical place where my body and mind transcended time, becoming part of the ONE.

Funny thing is… when I returned to this world and looked at the time on the very same webpage, it was NOT the exact time as my husband pointed out. But I know what I saw… and what was shown to me when it comes to matters of the spirit… time and space is not real. We are truly ONE!

What do we do with that realisation and where do we go from here? I truly would like to hear your take on that in the comments below! Have you ever had an experience like this that shook you to the very core of who you are and what it means?

I’m a Happy Expat… New Beginnings & GutZy Visions NOW!

Well… it has been a long time coming, but just take a look at the welcome the Universe gifted me with as I flew back to Sydney, Australia from Auckland new Zealand with my BRAND NEW Immigration Visa in hand!

I’m IN!

I’m LOVING it as my hubby, Joe, and I travel this beautiful country with its friendly people.

Soon I will have GutZy Women set up… It is eve-olving just as the world is evolving… at warp speed!

I turned Expat… leaving a life lived mainly in Colorado, USA, to manifest my 30 year dream of a life “Down Under” as well as to become a citizen of the world. I and my husband of 30 years, Jozef, sold or gave away everything but 100 sq. yards of our most valued possessions and moved to Australia. We bought a gently used 4 wheel drive and have been exploring the beautiful beaches, cities and hinterland of New South Wales, ACT and Queensland for the last 8 months.

The current trend of “housesitting” has allowed us to be of service to Australian homeowners and their pets while living cheaply and truly experiencing the sites of the country and the flavour of its people. It’s a mindset and lifestyle decision. One that coincides with a changing economy and the ageing of the population, along with globalisation and incredible new communication technology.

I created GutZy Women LLC in 2007 as a culmination of my passion for helping women achieve more equality and abundance for themselves and their families by using the power of computers, communication technology and the internet. GutZy Women has eve-olved as well from an education, mentoring and beginner oriented focus to the current orientation focused on using digital multi-media, social media marketing, mobile communication technology and authentic, spirit-based, community building strategies to create positive social and business change.

If you are into social entrepreneurship, heart-based marketing, BALANCE and SUSTAINABILITY in your life and the universe… but want to have FUN, BEAUTY and ADVENTURE while on the journey…you owe it to yourself to join in the GutZy Vision!

GutZy Woman’s Grand Australian Adventure – Part 6

Celebration of Song at Dawn in Bondi

Our first morning at Bondi started out very early with unexpected live music and song taking place on the deck of our hotel performed by excited young Irish visitors celebrating the miracle of the gorgeous Australian morning in paradise.

I’ll never forget the excitement (no doubt inspired by the beers in their hands and the beauty of the beach at sunrise) by these young ones when the blue eyed, freckled one asked, “What can we be more grateful for than this”?

Listen as they sing and play with all of their might, welcoming strangers and connecting from the heart. Too bad our neighbors in the next room couldn’t “go with the flow” at 7 am, effectively stopping the performance and the camaraderie happening between hearts just because of the early hour. They respectfully left the scene, much to our dismay, as it was a unique celebration of life!

The miracle of social networking is revealed…

From now on, I would love you to meet some of the GutZy Women I’ve met on the Internet, through social networking sites, several whom I have now met up with personally right here in Australia. I bet you’ll want to get to know them, once I introduce you.

I was looking forward to sharing the video footage we took as we met them here in Australia on our way up the coast. However, if you have ever gotten totally frustrated with the digital world, then you can relate to how crushed I was when the video I took with my Flip camera simply disappeared as I was uploading it to my external hard drive (Now broken as well, which is a whole other story).

AAAHHHRRRGGG!

Thank goodness I at least have photo’s to show you who they are. I hope you look them up as they have so much to offer and they really care about people, especially women and their families, creatures and Mother Earth, totally PASSIONATE about how they can be of service to you and the world.

In this video, I meet face to face with…

Randa Magdi…A woman passionate about about animals and their welfare

Randa is one of those women who’s smile is contagious. Her passion for life and the animals of the world is undeniable. She has created such a valuable website for you, ESPECIALLY if you have dogs or cats, you really shouldn’t miss out!

She’s giving away two ESSENTIAL reports about the health, safety and happiness of your pets. I’ve read them and learned a lot, considering I have enjoyed lots of pets my entire life! (Just ask my family…I was the one always bringing home the dogs and cats to adopt.)

Here’s Randa’s Valuable & Interesting website

Diane Corriette…a GutZy & Inspirational Guide

At the end of Video Part 6, Randa and I have a little fun with Diane Corriette of Women Internet Marketer’s fame who lives in the London, England area, a member of our GutZy Women International Alliance and one of Randa’s most beloved mentors.

Diane first connected Randa and me a couple of years ago through “Women Internet Marketers”. Diane is an AMAZING resource for not only Internet marketing but for spiritual guidance and abundant life coaching.

Thank you for following our Grand Australian Adventure…there is much more to come!

GutZy Woman, Debbie Ducic’s Grand Australian Adventure – Part 5

Back to the Grand Adventure…Bondi Beach by Sydney

Bondi Beach (pronounced “BOND-eye”,) is a historic and popular beach and is located 7 kilometres (4 miles…wish I would have learned how to convert in school!:) east of the Sydney central business district.

Much of this video shows the main street called Campbell Parade and it features many popular cafes, restaurants and hotels, with spectacular views of the beach. Hotel Bondi (where we stayed) is a famous landmark opposite the beach.

Bondi Pavilion is right across on the beach itself and is a community cultural center, which features a theater, gallery, rehearsal, meeting and function rooms, art workshop, studios, restaurants… It is used for major festivals and performances throughout the year.

A few interesting tidbits about Bondi Beach:

Hosted the beach volleyball competition at the 2000 Summer Olympics.

On 6 February 1938, 5 people drowned and over 250 were rescued after a series of large waves struck the beach and pulled people back into the sea, a day that became known as “Black Sunday”.

Historic Bondi Beach

In 2007, the Guinness World Record for the largest swimsuit photo shoot was set at Bondi Beach, with 1,010 women wearing bikinis taking part. (Now if this would have been 1,010 men in Speedos that would have been something!:)

Has been used as a location for a few Australian and International movies and television series.

Bondi blue, a colour name coined by Apple Computer for the original iMac computer. It is believed to be named for the color of the water at Bondi Beach.

How to Communicate from Down Under…Thank you Skype!

While in Bondi, my Hubby got a cell phone right around the corner from the hotel and the learning process began! The Australians don’t call them cell phones…they’re “Mobile Phones” and the companies that offer the service drive you crazy because they don’t tell you how many minutes you get at what rate. Instead, they give you a “value” of the calls made…for example “that plan is a $165.00 value”. When you try to pin them down as to what that really means…they couldn’t tell you!

And did you know that when you call a mobile number from a landline, they charge your landline! Mobile phones are quite expensive to run it seemed to me and if you don’t use all your minutes by the end of that month…you lose them and start from scratch! It all actually reminded me of the cell phone companies 10 years ago.

And as far as the landline company, “Telstra”, just try to get a real person on the phone or meet a real person at a Telstra office? Forget it…and I thought Qwest was troublesome!

But I’ve got to tell you…if you were at my grand opening, we gave you a demonstration of “Skype”. Well, after going through all that with the phone companies, WE LOVE SKYPE and I signed up for $5.95 mo., I can call anyone at any number in the US and talk for as long as I want. PLUS I get a phone number in the US that YOU can reach me on from any phone (doesn’t require that you have a computer.) My hubby got a plan to call 37 countries for $14.95/mo.

If you haven’t checked out Skype…you really should! It’s free to download and use if you make calls from computer to computer.

My good Ozzie friend, Janet Beckers, of Wonderful Web Women, also gave me the scoop about phone cards which you can buy very cheap online or at the “News Agencies” in case I needed to make calls from our landline to be sure the calls were not dropped (The only drawback to Skype).

The Miracle of Networking…

Talking about my good friends, I started calling around to set up face to face meetings with GutZy Women I had met online, but who lived in the Sydney area. In the next video, I will introduce you to one of them…Randa Magdi. We had a blast at the “Bondi Icebergs” restaurant.
